WICHITA, Kan., April 15, 2025 – Bloc Digital Inc., a leading 3D content, data visualization and alternative reality solutions company, will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of its Wichita office on April 16 at 2 p.m. at 301 N. Main Street, Wichita, KS 67202.

The company, which was founded in the United Kingdom and has its U.S. headquarters in Mentor, Ohio, is leasing approximately 3,400 square feet in the Epic Center in downtown Wichita.

“The energy, and overwhelming support from the local community have only reinforced why Kansas was the right choice for Bloc Digital. It’s clear that our new Wichita office will be instrumental in driving our growth and strengthening collaboration across the U.S. We’re excited to hit the ground running and make our mark at the Epic Center,” said Bloc Digital Co-founder and CEO Chris Hotham.

Bloc Digital’s second U.S. location and expansion to Wichita reinforces its commitment to its growing North American clientele, specifically in the aerospace and aviation sectors.

“After visiting Wichita just once, we knew that we wanted to have a Bloc office here. The hive of aviation and manufacturing companies complements Bloc’s offerings, and the welcoming business community has made it an easy decision. The Epic Center is an amazing building in the heart of the city, and we can't wait to start growing our team here,” said Bloc Digital Co-founder and CEO Keith Cox.

"The aerospace and aviation industries are truly booming in Wichita, and we are so excited to work closely with many companies in those industries and various others. We've had such a warm welcome so far and can't wait to start using our office at the Epic Center to continue to build and progress those relationships," shared Bloc Digital Business Manager Mckenna Walker.

As Bloc Digital expands its footprint in south-central Kansas and the Midwest, the company plans to grow its team. It anticipates adding 5-10 positions within the first 12-18 months. Employment opportunities will span the company’s six areas of expertise, including 3D modeling, animation, data, design, immersive and software.

The Partnership first connected with Bloc Digital representatives at the 2023 Paris Air Show and was pleased to work alongside the City of Wichita and the Kansas Department of Commerce to support the company’s successful expansion into the region.

“Bloc Digital’s established presence in Wichita showcases our region’s ability to attract forward-thinking innovative companies,” said Partnership Executive Vice President of Economic Development Andrew Nave. “Their decision to invest here underscores the strength of our skilled workforce, the vibrancy of our business community and Wichita’s appeal as a center for cutting-edge digital solutions. This expansion diversifies our economy and enhances opportunities for collaboration and growth across industries.”

Bloc Digital aims to establish a key creative and technology hub in the city and is committed to investing in partnerships and talent development in Kansas. During their 2024 visit to Bloc Digital’s UK headquarters, City of Wichita Mayor Lily Wu, alongside leaders from the Partnership and Kansas Department of Commerce, saw firsthand the company’s dedication to collaboration, innovation and potential growth in Wichita.

“Wichita is proud to welcome U.K.-based Bloc Digital to our community as they launch their newest U.S. location,” said Wichita Mayor Lily Wu. “Their digital solutions and visualization expertise align with Wichita’s strengths in aerospace, aviation and advanced manufacturing. We look forward to the economic and technological opportunities their presence will create for our workforce and economy.”
