Since 2010, significant investment has spurred over 1,658 residential units, 375 hotel rooms, a $75 million revitalization of five historic buildings into the Kansas Health Science Center – Kansas College of Osteopathic Medicine (KHSC-KansasCom); three major housing projects including $40 million 225 Sycamore, $22 million The National, and $15 million Hi-Tone Lofts. There are several additional investments in the pipeline including the estimated $302 million Wichita Biomedical Campus, $100 million EPC Ballpark Development, $25 million Exploration Place and $19 million Multi-Modal Facility.
